Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States (contiguous 48 states). We can only reliably deliver to standard residential and business addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or forwarding addresses. Please use a standard residential or business address.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders of $50+. Orders under $50 ship for $4.99.

How long does shipping take?

Processing is typically 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Tracking is included with every order and will be shared once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order is already processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, place a new order and request a refund for the returned item (eligibility applies).

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within about 6–7 business days.

What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?
