3. Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only attempt changes (such as a shipping address update) before your order ships. Please contact us immediately by email with your order number.

4. How do returns work?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Before sending anything back, please email us first so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Some items may be non-returnable (for example, hygiene-sensitive items). 5. What should I do if there is an issue with my delivery?

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check your mailbox/reception/neighbors and wait 24 hours. If it is still missing, or if your package arrives damaged, or you received the wrong/missing item, please contact us with your order number (photos help).

6. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After a successful order, we automatically send an order confirmation by email.

7. Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, we will also send the tracking details by email.

8. What if I am not receiving emails?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see any emails, please contact us so we can help you verify the correct email address and resend messages if needed.
